GivGads will only accept returns on products that are identified as eligible for return or are received damaged. Once a damaged product is received, contact us immediately and identify the damage or error.
Orders have to be returned in same condition as received within their package or box. All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you with no item exchange or refund.
If the item is damaged then we shall collect the damaged item and send you a new one on our expenses.
In case the product received is not as expected (size difference; color; height….)and the customer needs to exchange it, then GivGads should be informed immediately.
Items shall be returned in the same condition as received in its packaging papers and box; and the customer shall be deemed to pay additional delivery fees to exchange the item. No refunds are accepted, only product exchange.
